Gudeilines and Process for Maya Interview:
In the Preview Screen,
1. Device and Browser:
Use a laptop with Google Chrome for optimal performance during the interview.
2. Internet Connection:
Ensure your internet connection is stable and high-speed to minimize disruptions.
3. Hardware Check:
Test your laptop’s camera and microphone to confirm they are working correctly. Select your preferred microphone and webcam from the device selection dropdown.
4. Screen Sharing:
Be prepared to share your entire screen when prompted for a smooth interview process.
5. Environment Selection:
Select your environment (noisy or quiet).
Recommendation: Choose a quiet location free from background noise for professionalism and clear communication with Maya.
6. Pause Preference:
Choose your preferred pause duration during the interview:
– Short pauses
– Normal pauses (recommended for most users)
– Long pauses (if you take longer to respond)
7. Start the Interview:
Click Join Interview when you’re ready.
Inside the Interview Room,
1. Window Switching:
Avoid switching out of the interview window.
Note: Exceeding three switches may lead to disqualification.
2. Conversation Mode:
You can choose your desired conversation mode with Maya between:
1) Manual Mode (Default and Recommended):
– You need to manually press Start or Stop answering buttons to begin and end your answers.
– Press the “Play” button at the bottom center to start answering.
– Press the “Stop” button to finish your response.
– Take your time to respond at your own pace and wait for the next question before starting to answer.
2) Hands-free Mode:
– Choose this option if you want real-time automatic conversational flow with Maya.
– Start speaking to begin your answer and stop speaking to end your answer.
– Maya will automatically respond and transition to the next question without the need to press Start or Stop buttons.
– Not recommended in noisy environments, as background sounds may interfere.
3. During the Interview:
Maya will ask the questions. Start answering at your convenience.
Maintain focus and stay within the interview window.
4. Concluding the Interview:
Click End Interview when Maya indicates the interview has concluded and wait patiently for the redirection to the feedback page.
